Role Summary:
As a Boutique Sales Associate at Girlfriends Closet STL, you are the face of our brand. You’ll create a welcoming shopping experience, assist customers with styling, and maintain the boutique’s appearance. This role is all about customer connection, fashion knowledge, and attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers with styling advice and product selection
- Process sales, exchanges, and returns at the register
- Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and merchandising displays
- Track inventory, restock items, and report low stock levels
- Promote our online store, social media, and events to customers
- Uphold excellent customer service and represent the boutique’s brand values
Qualifications:
- Friendly, approachable, and fashion-forward
- Retail or customer service experience preferred (but not required)
- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Role Summary:
The Online & Back-End Assistant ensures Girlfriends Closet STL’s online boutique runs smoothly. This role focuses on managing product uploads, tracking online orders, and engaging with customers via digital channels. It’s ideal for someone organized, tech-savvy, and passionate about fashion who wants flexible hours (can often be remote).
Key Responsibilities:
- Upload and update product listings with descriptions, pricing, and photos
- Monitor inventory across in-store and online platforms to ensure accuracy
- Process online orders, print shipping labels, and coordinate pickups/deliveries
- Respond to customer inquiries through email, social media DMs, or website chat
- Assist with social media scheduling and promotional content updates
- Track and report online sales performance
- Provide back-end support to the boutique team as needed
Qualifications:
- Experience with Shopify or e-commerce platforms preferred
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Comfortable with social media, basic design tools (Canva), and online communication
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
- Interest in fashion retail and customer engagement
